I started The Design Souk over a decade ago as a place to share my love for interiors and the things that I discovered along the way. Since then, it has grown into a different space through moving homes, travels, design projects, and an ever evolving understanding of what makes a space feel good to live in.
I’m Naveen, an interior decorator, with a love for thoughtful interiors and the details that give a home character. My design philosophy is pretty simple – your home should feel like you. Comfortable for whatever season of life you’re in, layered with things that mean something, and generous enough to welcome the people you love.
Today, The Design Souk, is where I bring all of those ideas together. I share my own home and design work, places that inspire me, pieces worth knowing about, and practical ideas for creating spaces that feel considered, personal and lived in.
